Pizza Perfect Salad

My whole life family pizza nights have been a staple. It’s one thing I definitely want to carry on with my family now.  While we were in Savannah this past weekend we got to have a family pizza night with Maddie Grace’s grandpa, and it was a blast. It’s always nice to have a side salad to serve along with pizza, so today I’m sharing my go-to delicious Italian salad that is perfect for eating alongside pizza, especially Freschetta Gluten Free pizza, a new favorite at our house!

Here’s what you’ll need for the salad:

-1 Package (10 Oz) Baby Spinach Leaves
-1 Package (8 Oz) Fresh Mozzerella Pearls
-1 Large Tomato, Sliced
-Cucumber, Sliced
-Cooked Chicken
-Italian Salad Dressing

Mix up all the ingredients except dressing in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving, and enjoy!

The fresh mozzerella is really the key to this salad. It pulls together all the flavors and the total product is the perfect taste to compliment a delicious pizza pie! We served it alongside both Freschetta Gluten Free Signature Pepperoni Pizza and 4 Cheese Medley Pizza, which also come in single serve options!

We had so much fun at our little pizza party. Just wish we lived closer to my dad and could have them more often!
