Love holiday pies but don’t want to put in the effort? Story of my life. I’m always wanting just a little bit of pie to snack on but to bake a whole pie is too much work with a toddler running around. That’s why today I’m showing you how to make quick and easy effortless pies at home (with no baking whatsoever). The best part is it’s easy to change it up with fun fall flavors and toppings!
First I pulled out Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. These come in packs of 6 and are the perfect size for one person, but come with enough in a pack to share!
Next I used yogurt for the pie filling. Since it’s fall I went with Dannon® Light and Fit® Carmel Apple Pie yogurt. This yogurt is delicious and perfect for this time of year.
Finally I topped it with a dab of Reddi-Wip® original and then sprinkled some crushed walnuts on top. Other good topping ideas would be carmel sauce, chocolate sauce, or chocolate flakes.
These are great for snacks for kids and adults, or serve at a holiday function with a toppings bar so guests can create their own.
So what else is in store for our family this fall? Here are a few things still on our to-do list:
-Visit one of the big pumpkin patches
-Paint pumpkins
-Visit a corn maze
-Go apple picking
-Check out the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s scarecrows
-Go on a hay ride
What fun! I love that you found a way to celebrate the season without it being a huge effort. The rest of your fall bucket list sounds super fun as well! ~ client
Love this! My kids would love being able to make their own. I'll just take the yogurt out of the container first so they don't know they are eating something healthy 😉
This is so smart!!
I love this idea! What a simple way to indulge, I could see setting this up for my daughter and her friends when they carve pumpkins. Happy fall!
