I get really excited about the upcoming holidays. Family, friends, and food… my favorite things!
I love making these easy lasagna pockets with STOUFFER’S® lasagna to serve at holiday functions, or just to serve at home on a busy night during this crazy time of year. They’re easy, yummy, and all ages will eat them up.
Here’s what you need:
-(1) STOUFFER’S® Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Family Size
-(2) Cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
-(3) Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Here’s what you’ll do:
Bake frozen lasagna in oven for 25 minutes on 425 F. Reduce heat of oven to 350 F.
Open can of refrigerated crescent rolls and separate into rectangles. In each rectangle, place one 1 inch by 2 inch piece of lasagna into the crescent roll. Pull crescent roll over the pocket and pinch in the sides to create a pocket. Place finished pockets on oiled cookie sheet. Repeat until you’ve used all the crescent rolls.
Brush melted butter on top of all the rolls. Place in oven for 13-15 minutes, until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve while warm!
I love finding STOUFFER’S® on rollback at Walmart (10/1-12/31)!
