Becoming a mother is the most amazing thing that’s ever happened to me. Marrying my husband was pretty great too, but the joy and love I felt when I became a mom is something unexplainable. I didn’t even know that I could feel this much joy and love until itty bitty newborn Maddie Grace was placed in my arms and then again with my sweet Tripp. And boy do I love the baby years. The snuggles, way they look and smile at you, the sweet smell of their heads… it goes by way too fast.
That’s why my promise to my children is to always put them first. To always be here for them when they need me. To hold them when they need holding, and to laugh and play with them when they need playing. And of course to always love them unconditionally.
I get a little sentimental about these things. And that’s why I wanted to make some sweet signs for the nursery and play room with my favorite quotes on them. At first I thought that I wanted the signs to be print outs so that the lines would be even and they could be perfectly designed. But I love handwritten designs and thought it would make it really special to have my favorite quotes for my children in my handwriting so I decided to free hand them both and was thrilled with the way they turned out, imperfections and all.
They were so easy to make too. I simple bought two canvases and painted them with acrylic paint which I allowed to drive. Then I used a gold permanent marker to write the quotes and hung on the wall!
I choose Pampers Premium Care diapers because I always want what’s best for my children.

What a precious nursery sign! And its so true! Cooking and cleaning will always be there, babies not so much. Thanks for the sweet reminder.
Love the sign! Motherhood is crazy, yet so rewarding.
