Does anyone else love getting creative with the slow cooker? Not only is it a great way to get pot roasts ready, but I use it to make casseroles, BBQ, breads, and desserts. Something about making desserts in it – they come out really ooey, gooey, and absolutely delicious. This Slow Cooker Brownie Cheesecake Bars recipe is perfect for those of us who love baking but don’t have a lot of time. Just a few ingredients, very little prep work, and your family will love them.
Here’s what you need:
12 Ounces (1 1/2 packages) cream cheese, softened
8 Ounces Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookies & More Cookie Baking Mix with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
Here’s what you do:
(1) Using an electric mixer using the paddle attachment combine cream cheese and sour cream, then add salt, vanilla, sugar, flour, and 2 eggs and mix until smooth. Slowly add in half of the chocolate chips inside the Toll House Brownies & More package. Set aside.
(2) In a bowl with a wooden combine the Toll House Brownies & More mix, the rest of the chocolate chips, 1 egg, and vegetable oil until well mixed
(3) Press brownie mixture into bottom of greased slow cooker to form the base layer. Pour cream cheese mixture on top. Cook on high for 2 hours. Allow to cool before serving, and enjoy!
