Nordstrom Sale: What I Bought

I know, I know, by now the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is old news. But today was the first day the sale opened to everyone, not just Nordstrom card holders. The Nordstrom Sale is my favorite sale of the entire year, and every year is full of great deals, and this year was no different. Now because I’m me I went a little out of control and placed a huge order. And over half of it didn’t work out. Whether because it didn’t fit or I just didn’t love it when I actually tried it on, some stuff had to go back. But I wanted to go ahead and let y’all know what things I did love and decided were going to live with me forever.

This Free People dress is everything. I mean seriously, everything. It comes in 3 colors and has every size in stock (at least at the current time). It fits great, especially for girls who like more of a flowy fit like I do. It’s just so easy and the black and red colors are perfect for fall, while the white color is perfect for right now. Might as well order one of each!

And then this super cute bow sleeved off the shoulder top. It’s definitely a summer piece but could still work in early fall when it’s warm outside. The bows are really fun, and it’s just an easy piece to throw on with some jeans or shorts.

So I didn’t even notice until I was editing pictures but this black cold shoulder top by Socialite kind of resembles the dress above. But it was another keeper. Maybe I’m just into black floral things right now. But this top is super flattering, can wear now through early fall, and is an amazing price. Seriously. $22. Can’t beat it.

And on to the kids. For Tripp I got the Sunday Funday shirt (out of stock, I doubt it gets restocked but maybe), and this adorable Tucker + Tate dress I bought for MG (also sold out boo). I got each of them a pair of Adidas Dragon shoes (Tripp’s I had to exchange for a different size and they haven’t come yet) but MG’s pink ones are here and Tripp’s black ones are here. Maddie Grace is obsessed with hers and has been wearing them every day. I think they are pretty adorable as well!
