*Thank you Sam’s Club for sponsoring this post. Regardless I only recommend the products and brands I truly love and all thoughts and opinions are my own.
These winter months always seem so drab, except for when it comes to sports. This is the time of year for football lovers… as well as food and general fun lovers like me. The Big Game coming up is an American pastime. It’s a time to get together with old friends, eat yummy food, get up to date on the new commercials, and watch football. I’m actually hoping baby girl stays in me long enough for us to enjoy this experience with our friends on Sunday.
Because I’m a little low on energy for the Big Game this year, I’ve gone ahead and come up with my own game plan for getting everything together. I need enough food to feed whoever ends up coming over last minute, that’s easy to put together, and some that is festive and game day themed.
To get all this food together I went to my local Sam’s Club and stocked up, especially on their private label Member’s Mark. This label is delicious and currently has 2,000 products and is still expanding! I got everything I need to prepare for the Big Game, and then some, in one trip. Not only did I grab all the food, but I also picked up paper plates and cups (which is the only way to serve food these days). And if you’re really in a pinch you can even get a great deal on a new TV to watch the game on at Sam’s Club! As a busy mom I also love that Sam’s Club makes life easier for me with their time saving technology. With the Sam’s Club Scan & Go app you can scan barcodes while shopping in store, pay on the app, and be on your way skipping the check out line completely! And with the Club Pickup service you can order what you need online and pick it up at your local club. Make sure you stop by your Sam’s Club or visit www.samsclub.com and check out the Member’s Mark line while there!
For our Big Game spread I picked up all kinds of good stuff. Member’s Mark cheese cubes and apple slices, a Member’s Mark Take N’ Bake Pizza, Member’s Mark Spinach and Artichoke dip, Tyson hot wings, and of course Member’s Mark football themed cupcakes. I had a couple of kids who could not stop sticking their fingers in the icing of these but I don’t blame them because they are SO delicious!
What are you doing for the Big Game this weekend and what’s your favorite football watching food? I’d love to hear all about it below!
