We have unexpectedly been having the nicest weather here this week! Mid 80’s and sunny so Maddie Grace and I have been soaking it up and having lots of outdoor time. One of our favorite activities is to go outside with a blanket and a few toys and BUBBLES of course.

She’s also been enjoying going on the baby swing, and practicing walking around the house (still nothing more than a step or two without falling but she will get there). I’ve wanted to get Maddie Grace in a baby gymnastics class around here but haven’t found one that has classes for babies earlier than 18 months so I’ve been youtubing videos of baby gymnastics exercises and doing those with MG as well. We also do lots of playing chase, book reading and stuffed animal hugging.
I plan on taking Maddie Grace on trips to the zoo and aquarium in the next week, bring out the baby pool one day and trying yogurt finger painting as well.
Any other activity ideas for an almost 1 year old?
