Before having a baby I really loved running and working. I ran several half marathons, and actually had one planned that I cancelled when I found out I was expecting my first child. After having Maddie Grace I struggled to lose the baby weight – working out with a baby or young child in tow is difficult. That’s when we bought our first BOB stroller – a 2013 BOB Revolution Pro. Using this stroller I was able to start walking and going to a stroller workout class. The Revolution Pro was great at going off-roading, we took it on every trip with us because it was the best stroller for whatever type of terrain we came across, and my husband and I both enjoyed running with it. This stroller has been through a lot – it’s been through multiple flights, all around Germany, and one time my husband even ran over it with his car (no joke) and it still is in great shape. That’s why I was thrilled to get my hands on the new 2016 BOB Revolution FLEX and see how it compares!
I thought our old BOB Revolution Pro was a great stroller, but the Revolution FLEX tops it. The biggest reason for loving this stroller is the super smooth ride. This is thanks to the state-of-the-art suspension system and air-filled polymer tires. The front wheel of the stroller swivels making it easy to maneuver in tight spaces when out and about, or locks which is ideal for jogging.
The BOB Revolution FLEX has several features to make it more comfortable for both parents and babies. The padded adjustable handlebar has 9 different positions to make the stroller easy to use for any height, and the extra large cargo basket provides plenty of storage for mom and dad. It is noticeably larger than the cargo basket on our Pro. There is also a mesh pocket in the back of the stroller perfect for a water bottle or any small items. I like to use it to put the mail in since I always check the mailbox before our walks. The Revolution FLEX has a super padded seat to keep baby comfortable and has a super easy one hand recline adjustment so you can find the perfect position for your child. The mesh pockets are perfect for children to store sip cups and snacks. There’s not a ton of headroom but it’s comparable to other strollers – my toddler is pretty tall for her age and 22 months (just under 2 for those of you who don’t do months) and has maybe an inch or two of headroom. I do love though how upright MG can sit in this stroller and how the canopy can be tucked behind the backrest to allow for extra headroom.
The canopy on the BOB Revolution FLEX is another great selling point. It’s huge and provides SPF 50+ coverage. It has a very large peek-a-boo window for quick checks on baby that rolls up into a mesh pocket if you want to keep it open. The foot activated brake is easy to use and the stroller has a wrist strap for safe running with the stroller. The stroller easily folds up and has a buckle lock to keep the stroller closed.
The BOB Revolution FLEX is great for more than just working out. This is your ideal stroller for anytime you go off the beaten path – it’s perfect for grass, gravel, and pretty much any trail you face. Maddie Grace loves her afternoon walks in the FLEX and asks for a “stroller walk” every day!

I've heard great things about the BOB strollers! We don't have one but I especially love the SPF built in to the hood – so smart!
That sounds really nice! My sister in law just had her 3rd and was talking about getting a new stroller. I will tell her about this one.
My friend runs with a BOB and she always says that she would never trust any other brand! I don't have children, but I think if I ever do, I'll be getting one just based on how much she raves about it 🙂
That is such a cool jogging stroller. I'm amazed at all the tech and conveniences they have these days.
I got the same stroller for Christmas and I am so excited to use it when our little girl arrives! One thing I love is the adjustable handlebar the Flex offers because I am taller and hate if a handlebar isn't the right height.
I think you look in great shape! How many half marathons did you run and she is adorable xx
Bob strollers are THE absolute best! It makes getting out there and getting so exercise possible these day!
That looks like an awesome stroller. My sister is an avid runner and I think she'd love this. Amber N
What a comfortable stroller! Definitely worth trying out at a local park.
A good stroller is paramount to getting out and about when you have a little one! This looks like a great one!
I have always wanted a jogging stroller, but I have to regular ones, so a third might be a bit much. However, I really want to get back into running after having baby number 2 in Sept, so I must just convince myself to do it!
My kids are much too old

Have been awesome! I love the smooth wheels on it.
Our jogger was one of the best baby shower gifts ever. Everyone should have one.

What a nice stroller! I love the shape and smoothness of the wheels 🙂
Great stroller for going on a run or walk. It looks roomy and functional.
I have a BOB Revolution and can't wait to start using it. My daughter turned 3 months on Wednesday, and I think it's still too early to run with her. I'm hoping I can do that soon; I think she would like it.
My sister-in-law has a BOB double running stroller and loves it! My youngest is 16 months and we are looking for something new, this one looks awesome!
This stroller is really nice. Not only does it look really sturdy, but it is modern and fashionable at the same time.
That sounds like a really nice stroller. I need something that can take on our canal gravel better.
I have this stroller and love it! I train so much with my son and needed it!
I love the sound of this stroller! I might have to consider this brand with the next child.
My sister loves her BOB stroller – I've enjoyed pushing it, too – it's sturdy and easy to maneuver. She got a lot of use from it with her twins. 🙂
