Fashion Review

It’s officially January and I’m working on posts I wanted to get up in December! I seriously can’t believe it. 2016 flew by. And of course my goal for the next year is to take it slow so I can relax and enjoy life more but here I am filling up my planner with ideas and goals and it’s looking like my schedule is going to be pretty packed trying to fit it all in. Maybe one of my resolutions should be to chill out. One thing I’d like to do in the future is monthly (or so) fashion recaps where I post my favorite outfits from the previous few weeks.

Today is the last day of the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale (eek only a few hours left now) so I’ll start with my outfits from that. Honestly, I didn’t find much that I loved or thought were great deals for it. My favorite deal that I snagged was this Thread & Supply Double Breasted Peacoat that was only $37.90. I really needed a black pea coat and this one is the perfect look, super warm, high quality, and an awesome price.

I also fell in love with this Treasure & Bond Fringe Necklace ($32.98) and this basic slouchy sweater ($34.97).

 

But I was pretty thrilled to find this sequin top for New Years Eve at the sale at 40% off! It was so much fun and easy to wear with jeans which is what I was looking for.

Another great thing on the Nordstrom sale is this Lush blouse ($27.90) that I already own and just ordered in another color because I love it so much.

Another place I’ve been ordering affordable clothing from lately is SheIn. This green plaid shirt (only $13.99) has become a wardrobe staple for me this winter…

And I adore these tie leggings ($9.99) since I pretty much only wear leggings these days.

And last but not least this sweater from Makemechic which is my favorite color of all time. I love how it fits and the off the shoulder look:
