Thank you BJ’s Wholesale Club for sponsoring this post. Regardless all thoughts and opinions are my own and I only recommend brands and products I truly love.
Since my family doesn’t live here, we have gotten used to having guests fairly regularly. And now I feel like I have it down for what foods I need when people come. Since we already eat a lot just as a family (our kids can devour food) we need an extra lot when we have visitors! To save on this but still have quality food for our guests I stock up on Wellsley Farms brand foods from BJ’s Wholesale Club when guests come! Here is what I make sure to have on hand:
Breakfast pastries
Rice Cracker Snack Mix
Variety of Fruits
Baby Carrots
Easy Dinner Options
And honestly this is all I get so that we also don’t go overboard. Lots of times with guests we end up going out to eat a lot or eating on the go so when I plan for 5 big dinners it’s way too much. Typically a couple of easy dinners that we can make if guests do want to eat at home is good, and I know we can eat them after guests leave if we don’t get to them. Chicken sausage is always an awesome one because we can make it for lunch or dinner and cook it on the grill for a fun cookout. The Rice Cracker mix makes a good alternative to just having nuts out when guests arrive. And the pecan danish breakfast pastries from BJ’s Wellesly Farm brands are always such a hit they make me feel like a goo host even though all I have to do is buy them and open the box! Baby carrots and fruits make great snacks for everyone, especially if you have a health conscious guest, so I always try to keep a lot of these on hand and any leftovers I know my kids will eat.
All of these foods from Wellesley Farms, exclusive to BJ’s Wholesale Club, are delicious and such a good price! I prefer these to other brands any day and save a lot of money getting them. The large sizes are great for serving guests or just feeding my family! Make sure you check out BJ’s Wholesale Club next time you have company!
