*Thank you BJ’s Wholesale Club for sponsoring this post. Regardless all thoughts and opinions are my own and I only recommend products and brands I truly love.
I have fond childhood memories of coffee hours at our church. There was always coffee, tea, snacks, and a time for socialization and gathering. Now as an adult hosting coffee hours are still one of my favorite things. They tend to turn more into play dates, but it’s still a way to get people off their phones and together in real life to gather and socialize and just be together. The holidays are the perfect time for coffee hours too.
Coffee hours don’t have to be fancy or extravagant. They are informal and friendly. A chance to sit down and talk. I always grab some snacks and drinks for everyone, trying to grab different options for those of us (like me) who don’t actually like coffee. For this one I did both Wellsley Farms Brownie Bites and a Wellsley Farms Cinnamon Coffee Cake. These were both bought with the grown ups in mind but the kids went to town on them as well. The brownies are so good they are addicting and the coffee cake is melt in your mouth delicious. For drink options I had both Wellsley Farms French Roast (my husband’s favorite) and Wellsley Farms Iced Tea with Lemon (mine and Maddie Grace’s favorite). And of course to eat off of we used Berkley Jensen paper plates and napkins. I love shopping these brands because I know that the quality is amazing and an awesome value!
And to put the finishing touches on your holiday decorating and prepare for any holiday events (including coffee hours) you’ll find all types of well priced holiday home decor at BJ’s Wholesale Club. This Christmas Village Set is an awesome deal and adorable, and next year when we have a porch I’d love to set up this Pre-Lit Entrance Tree!
What special activities are you hosting this holiday season? I’d love to hear all about them!
