Wait another Lily-named post? Yes. Apparently it’s a good name. But instead of clothing today we are talking diaper bags. But not your mama’s diaper bag. These are the trendiest, best made, and most functional diaper bags around from Lily Jade.
I’ve been sporting around the Lily Jade Elizabeth bag in Brandy and have a lot of love for it. It’s a very classy bag that doesn’t even look like a diaper bag. It can be worn on the arm with the short straps, over the shoulder or across the body with the long strap, or even as a book bag with a little easy adjusting of the long strap. I carried this bag all around Europe, all around Charleston, all around Atlanta… it’s gotten a lot of use, and still looks amazing, which attests to how well-made and durable it is. The leather is super soft, and all the gold hardware is very high-end. The inside of the bag is lined with a red, silky-smooth fabric that is easy to wipe clean.
Now every mom knows the importance of pockets and having an organized diaper bag. This bag has it all. There are two drink pockets on the outside, which fit both my water bottles and Maddie Grace’s sippy cups. There are two additional small outside pockets with magnetic closures under the flaps, and two additional large outside pockets also with magnetic closures. The inside of the bag features one zippered pocket and non-zippered pockets. The bag also comes with a baby organizer that snaps into the bag with magnetic closures. The baby organizer is insane – it has so many pockets and compartments you couldn’t possibly need more. To be honest I had to take it out because I keep losing my chapstick in the pockets and I don’t have quite as much baby stuff with me as I did when MG was a newborn so I don’t nee that many pockets. The bag also comes with a changing pad that fits in perfectly with or without the baby organizer, and is always great to have for those unexpected diaper changes in public restrooms.
See? It even looks good on guys! This bag was very convenient during all of our traveling. It holds so much stuff. keeps us organized, and is adorable. For those long days running around I like wearing it cross-body, or even as a backpack. For a quick trip out I like wearing it as a handbag.
