With Christmas and New Years coming up, it seems like the perfect time to share a unhealthy comfort food type recipe: Chorizo Macoroni and Cheese. Prepare to be amazed by how delicious macaroni and cheese can be. Trust me, you want to bring this to your next Holiday party. You will make many friends this way. Let’s not waste any time.
Here’s what you need:
1 16 Ounce Box Macaroni Pasta, cooked
1 Pound Chorizo Sausage, cooked well done
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1 7 Ounce Block Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese, sliced
1 16 Ounce Block Velveeta, sliced
Here’s what you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cook pasta and sausage while preheating. Sausage should be rather well done so that it is crispy.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well. Pour into a baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

See? Easy! And it’s absolutely mind-blowing delicious. This will serve 8-10 people so it’s a great side dish for a large gathering, and definitely not something you should eat regularly so whip it out for those special Holiday occasions and then go on a diet the next day.
