Any mom knows how busy week nights are. Sometimes we can plan in advance and make a nice dinner from scratch, other nights we need some help but still want to eat quick flavorful dinners. A lot of nights I choose one part of the meal to invest a little time into, and choose quick and easy dinner options for the other parts. One of my families favorite meals is pulled pork barbecue sandwiches with an easy vegetable side. Since with Birds Eye Vegetables and Farm Rich® Smokehouse the meal itself is a breeze, I spend a little extra effort into dessert because what’s a delicious barbecue dinner without peach crisp, right?
And my peach crisp recipe is pretty easy itself. Just a few ingredients mixed together, throw it in the oven for 30 minutes, cool and enjoy.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Can Peaches, 29 Ounce
1/4 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Crushed Pecans
1/2 Cup Butter, Room Temperature
Here’s what you’ll do:
(1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
(2) Spread peaches in a medium sized casserole dish or 8 by 8 baking pan.
(3) Stir together all dry ingredients until well mixed. Cut in the butter. Spread evenly over peaches.
(4) Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, until top is browned. Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!
For a side I used Birds Eye Steamfresh® Full Flavor Barbecue Sweet Corn which is full of both flavor and nutrition. All Birds Eye Steamfresh® Full Flavor vegetables are low in fat, low in cholesterol, and have 0 grams of trans fat. For our delicious barbecue pork I used Farm Rich® Smokehouse because it’s high in protein, they use only quality cuts of meat, and it is smoked for hours for the perfect barbecue taste. You can find this product in the freezer aisle. For a limited time, earn $0.75 on Birds Eye Vegetables and unlock $1.00 off one Farm Rich® Smokehouse product with Ibotta while supplies last. I bought everything I needed for this awesome family meal at Walmart!

I was seriously just thinking yesterday evening how much I wanted to make a crisp. I wanted something aside from my usual apple crisp and I think this one fits perfectly.
