I’m a big time smoothie drinker. I love a them as a post-workout snack or just throughout the day to make sure I get in enough fruit. One of my resolutions for 2016 is to eat better throughout the day, and smoothies are a really great way to do so. Once upon a time I stumbled upon a PBJ smoothie and now it’s one of my favorite smoothie recipe to make at home. The only problem is that peanut butter is high in fat – so to cut back the fat of this smoothie I use Peanut Powder, which has the same amount of protein as and all the taste of peanut butter but with 85% less fat.
So how do you make this delicious PBJ smoothie? Here’s all you need:
4-5 Large Frozen Strawberries
3 Tablespoons Peanut Powder
1 Cup Silk Almond Milk
And all you do is blend on a high speed, pour into a cup and enjoy your delicious PBJ smoothie!
Seriously it’s so easy and absolutely delicious. This is a smoothie that both adults and kids will enjoy.

I definitely need to try the powder! Because I LOVE peanut butter so much but know how many calories it has, LOL.

This smoothie sounds fabulous. Smoothies are my go-to post workout snack and I'm always looking for new recipes to try out. I love PB2 powder and I'm sure that I'll like the Jif powder just as much because Jif is definitely my favorite peanut butter brand.
All the Best,

I just did a smoothie recipe with this peanut powder. It's so good!
I love smoothies, and I'm always eager to learn new recipes like the one you've just shared! I hadn't heard of peanut powder before, so I'm completely intrigued. After all, I love PB&J sandwiches and peanut butter cookies, so a PB smoothie sounds absolutely delicious! I'm looking forward to giving this Jif product a try. 🙂
