My diaper bags get put to the test. We are always on the go – throughout the week for play dates and when we do family outings on the weekends. I need a bag that I can quickly grab, works well with our stroller, and since my husband will be carrying it half the time on the weekends (just being honest) not being too girly is a huge plus. The Pacapod Hastings diaper bag in driftwood fits into our lifestyle perfectly.
Where to start with what I love about this bag… first of all it’s a great size. I could even put a DSLR camera insert in the bottom of the bag and still have room on top to put plenty of diapers. The bag comes with two ‘pods’ that fit inside the bag perfectly. One is intended for diapers, wipes, etc., and the other is a ‘cool bag’ for bringing along feeding essentials. The idea is the pods both help keep your bag more organized, and are more sanitary than just throwing everything in there together. A changing mat comes along with the bag, as well as two easy to use stroller hooks. There is a front pocket with lots of different sections perfect for throwing in my phone, chapstick, keys, and all the little things that I don’t want to get lost inside the rest of the bag.
The Hastings bag is lightweight, durable, and clearly very well-made. I love the style of it, and that I don’t have to worry about it clashing with anything I may be wearing. Plus, it’s not too girly so my husband doesn’t mind throwing it on and wearing it around town.
