It’s a crazy busy time of year for just about everyone I think. And guess what? It’s just going to get busier! We had some friends over this weekend to watch football and I needed to throw together a quick snack to serve and it had to be vegetarian friendly, but something everyone would enjoy. Tom’s mom makes an amazing buffalo chicken dip that he loves, so I decided to put a spin on it and made it meatless and full of veggie goodness using MorningStar Farms and it turned out amazing – everyone loved it, especially my husband, and even my crazy toddler who I always have to force to eat veggies.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 Cups Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Hot Sauce
2 Boxes MorningStar Farms Buffalo Wings
2 Boxes (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
Here’s what you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9″ by 13″ baking pan press cream cheese evenly to form the bottom layer of the dip.
Cut MorningStar Farms Buffalo Wings into quarters. In a large mixing bowl, mix together ranch and hot sauce. slowly stir in buffalo wing pieces. Spread evenly on top of cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
Bake around 30 minutes until bubbling and cheese is starting to brown. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
