Even though lately I’ve been giving in to more cravings than I should, I still make an attempt to eat mostly healthy meals and not go overboard. One thing that makes eating healthy hard for me is when I need just a quick and easy meal to feed my family or myself with. My husband works late and travels for work a lot and when he does I’m most likely just to pull something out of the freezer that I can heat up, and usually that’s not my best option. That’s why I like to share when I find meal solutions that are just as easy to make, and way more delicious, like this Italian Chicken and Vegetable Sauté.
Here’s what you need:
Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
Wish-Bone® Regular Italian Dressing
Vegetables of Choice (mine are zucchini and yellow squash)
Here’s all you do:
Prepare vegetables as desired. In one pan combine preferred amount of vegetables, chicken, and 1/2 cup of dressing. Cook 8-9 minutes over medium heat stirring often.
Serve and enjoy!
